I have a 2021 XC40 Recharge p8 with the Google screen due to a mess up with the app I had to set up a new profile and since then I have not been able to register the settings ie seat position and wing mirrors to the key. It is driving me bananas so any help and advice would be very much appreciated

When making the settings did you have the key placed on the backup reader under the central arm rest?

Yes I've tried that think I'll probably end up going back to see the salesman but don't like admitting defeat
