12 weeks after registering a complaint I still have had no official response to my complaint registered by BVRLA on my behalf. Now, the car has developed an unpleasant 'whooshing' sound on accelerating. On phoning John Clark the local Volvo agents, I was told that they could not look at this until 6th August and that no hire car, to which I am entitled, would be available then! Is this what Volvo regard as service. After having had premature clutch trouble we no longer wish to drive this car and it will remain in the car park. Incidentally Volvo use Enterprise a nationwide car hire company, with a depot near us. John Clark could arrange a car but I guess it would cost them! And that's not something they're prepared to do!

Rob, I'm user Felindre, however the website has
Logged me out
Refuses to recognise my last known good password
Refuses to send me a link to my registered email address.
Can you please send me a password reset email to my registered email address (I know it's right, when I tried to use it to register this new address it said it was already in use!

It logs me out every so often. Using Safari.

Send your password reset request directly to Rob via a private message. Go to the Quick Links tab in the upper right corner, select Members, and you’ll find Rob at the top of the list. Click on his name and send him a private message.

You can't do it that simply! If you're logged out you can't send any PM, nor can you find any contact for an administrator. As a new user (which this account is) you can't PM until you've posted 5 posts, 'send message' has no link to use.

It's so frustrating, I've tried emailing the address I had the original welcome message, I've tried the 'lost my password' link, but it simply does not send a password reset, and no it's not in SPAM folder.

Maybe after this you've helped me get to the magic 5 posts :-)
