Here again to pick your brains please. So my driving journal is stuck again. Not updated for over 2 weeks. Anyone any ideas. I've done the home button reset and i think i've done the reset car modem as well....but no joy.

The console reset followed by the Modem reset (hold front windscreen defrost button down until overhead SoS FLASHES Red) always works for me. Try the two resets again.

Also on the central screen if you drag down from the top it'll have a notification saying something like "Recording Trip".

i'll have a look at that later as up to now its still showing last trip as over 2 weeks ago. It normally even logs a trip when i move it out of garage so i know its not working.

As mention in is tread. I had to do a reset using both reset ways (console and modem). Cured my problem and is working now as should

Did that today and now all is well. Thanks guys for the help ...i would have never thought to try that. Just shows the power of this forum. We can all help each other overcome the obstacles we come across.
