Hello All. I'm new here and new to the XC40 (i got mine on Friday!)
I now realise my car is not equipped with the full driver assist option, and wondered if this is possible to add as a retro-fit?
If not, does anyone know a similar feature that I can have added by a car specialist - not too pricey lol!

Doubtful on both counts, whatever you want, as dealer fits are very limited now and as regards third party fits forget it unless you don't care about Volvo warranty!

You don't say if the car is new or used, well anything about it!

Far less time, money and worry would be expended by simply selling it and buying one with the features you actually want.

My view also. I think that people have to realize that the more so called premium a car brand is, the more you’ll have to make sure that what you buy or lease has everything you want, because many features are actually optional or part of mostly quite expensive optional packs.

The basic price of just about any premium car is just theoretical : it is best to add at the very least some 30 % if you want it well equipped.

OK, Volvo may not really be a premium car brand, but it behaves like one. That’s the way it is.
