12 weeks after registering a complaint I still have had no official response to my complaint registered by BVRLA on my behalf. Now, the car has developed an unpleasant 'whooshing' sound on accelerating. On phoning John Clark the local Volvo agents, I was told that they could not look at this until 6th August and that no hire car, to which I am entitled, would be available then! Is this what Volvo regard as service. After having had premature clutch trouble we no longer wish to drive this car and it will remain in the car park. Incidentally Volvo use Enterprise a nationwide car hire company, with a depot near us. John Clark could arrange a car but I guess it would cost them! And that's not something they're prepared to do!
