Seat Belt - Memory Seats

When my wife adjusts the seat using memory button 2, after it adjusts to the set position, she attempts to put the seatbelt on, but for some reason it will not budge,, no matter how hard you try to pull. She then has to reset the seat to my driving position (button 1), when she can then release the seatbelt and put it it on, then resets seat to position 2. After this no issues releasing seatbelt. Is this the norm, do you have to put seatbelt on based upon last driving position, befor moving seat to required setting. Manual does not appear to mention this procedure, unless I’m missing something. Thanks.

We do exactly the same and don't have that problem so something doesn't seem right.

We only use one key and adjust the seat before getting in so only one press.

We use both keys and don’t have that problem either. I wish the interior mirror was included too!
