New App version 5.44.1

Noticed that a new version of the App for AAOS cars now shows status of brake fluid etc and the manual has reappeared, horah.

Has the new version been released yet? I'm still on 5.44.0 and there is no update in the PlayStore for my Android phone.

Has it fixed the average mpg?

I've already booked a service but because I did it by ringing the dealer rather than using the app or web I'm continuing to get the message everytime I start the car and of course there is no record in the app. Ideally the dealer needs to update the app and car but I guess that's not going to happen.

My app updated too, and includes manual but no oil level. Then the ‘penny dropped’, I’m driving an EV…doh!

The App added the maintenance information but the average fuel consumption was fixed by the AAOS updated to 3.2.5, we'll have to see if the OTA 3.2.4 also fixes it.

Thanks. I've got the manual in my 5.44.0 version though accessing it is different to your screenshot.

Was the 5.44.1 update automatic or did you update it manually from your app store?

It was automatic but I have an iPhone so it may be the Apps don't always keep their platform versions in sync?

If you want to force apps to update on iPhone, go to App Store, touch the upper right corner icon (your photo or initials) and pull downwards the Account page that shows on the screen, then touch Update All. Volvo Cars app v.5.44.1 was published 4 days ago.

It's a shame they didn't also add the screen wash as that is available from the Volvo car API too. Perhaps a later release.
