Car automatically removed from Volvo app

Since buying the car in Nov, My Volvo App was working fine and have been very useful to start the car when it is cold. This morning, the car disappeared from the app. I can't add it back. Since this is just the 3rd month, just wondering if this is a common thing. Can I add it myself or do I have to go to the dealership to get the PIN emailed ?

Just contacted Volvo Support via Web chat and they sent me the new PIN. I had to re-install the app. Possibly some data was corrupt in my phone. Resolved !

He probably has, back in January when he posted this.
