It's ironic that only yesterday I was Googling agency model and having a read of the various reports again and the top reason for it is "the hassle free and seamless buying expereince for the customer"!

Hardly anyone on here has had that with some having greater problems than others.

To register your new car, visit your local DMV or equivalent office with proof of ownership, insurance, ID, and payment for fees. Check your state’s specific requirements online to ensure you have all the necessary documents.

Your advice is US based, and Northern Ireland isn't Europe...
