Just had the pleasure of taking Ninja on a proper long trip.
Espoo to Levi and back again. Average temp -18 lowest -36.
Not too bad if you ask me for running on fuel only. Bad part is 95E10 is about 2€ a L right now
T5 Recharge on a “long” trip
Yeah, that's been doing the rounds now for a few days. Unless you have access to the SuperCharger network (ie a Tesla) and even then on limited routes, long trips like this with an EV are pretty hard to plan here.
One of the reasons I went for the XC40, I do my day to day driving almost exclusively in PURE, and the trips to the cottage and longer ones like this are in POWER mode.
Cant imagine doing the same trip in my last car a Porsche Cayenne S (955 variant) that thing averaged 24L / 100KM, so I would have used almost 600L of fuel in that

Morganj, interested you use Power mode for long trips and not Hybrid mode. I've never used it and wonder what the advantage is in normal driving.
MY22 T5 Recharge Inscription Pro in Denim Blue with Blond Interior
Longest trip i've done so far is Helsinki to Kuhmo, but didn't recharge on the way. Also do a home to work to home on Pure electric and still have a bit of charge leftover. Haven't dabbled with the power function, usually just keep it in Hybrid.morganj wrote: ↑Thu Dec 09, 2021 3:15 pm Yeah, that's been doing the rounds now for a few days.
