As far as the fuel consumption is concerned - i am used to 19 mpg (2.5 V6 petrol G4 Freelander) so anything better will be nice !

Nice specification. You might be able to pick up a Tempra Spare, on Ebay or similar, if you feel you need one.

Good news on the spare wheel. Is the car fitted with the sub-floor to suit the spare as they are different for cars that come with the tyre sealant kit - this type has a hollow for additional storage and fouls the spare. Could be modified by removing the hollow part as these sub-floors are expensive.
Pity about the parcel shelf, someone being clumsy? Apart from that is the car in good condition?
I can understand the SIM card being missing as some are worried about it holding personal data. Many of us have used the 24GB Three Pay As You Go data SIM from Amazon.
