If you check you app/car software version does it say 2.13.3 is pending update?

It says in the app that it is pending. Ours always seems to be towards the end of each release phase

Might be a timed rollout to avoid server overload with too many cars trying to update at the same time.

MY24 B4 Ultimate prompted for update on Sunday and completed it over night on Monday at 2am.

My MY23 C40 still not showing anything pending,, would normally received notification/update by now
Whilst Volvo never give massive detail on the changes, the only ones listed for 2.13.3 are bug fixes for MY24 cars, and heated steering wheel preconditioning for MY24 cars. With no mention of ''drivetrain improvements'' I suspect MY24 only, or more recent vin numbers

Left turn indicator recall was issued in US for MY24 only, perhaps software update 2.13.3 containing the fix is prioritized accordingly.
