They probably release to a limited number of vehicles in the first couple of weeks, gives owners time to point out the errors before it goes to the wider audience.

I did get one update well within three weeks, the last one was almost a month.

Replacement tyres will have a tyre sidewall half an inch (12mm) bigger than the factory size - this equates to ca 3% increase in the circumference of the tyre, so speedo will mis-read by this amount. Also outside factory spec so you may run into clearance issues with arch liners or suspension struts

sounds like the motorised air distribution flaps moving to me - set the air flow to just one direction and see if the noise goes away
