Re: Update wait times
As we keep saying, they repair something they break something! :( I suppose that we should be thankful of the relative simplicity of the XC40 compared with the EX90. As well as cars going to be supplied without features (which are promised OTA in the future!), including Carplay, the complexity of th...

Re: Tailgate struts for xc40 2019
Nevermind goodwill! It was a flawed design and there should be no question of them replacing them. But "goodwill" is the route to go down.

Re: Second Car
Thanks. She's very happy with having her own car again and is loving the Fabia already. It really is a nice little, but roomy car and it is amazing what you can get with small cars nowadays. As mentioned we've specced it pretty high and the only things it hasn't got over the Volvo is electric seats ...

Mine did it twice on a 15 mile journey this afternoon. Winding road but no hard braking.

Re: Second Car
Picked up this afternoon. Dealer set everything up including Skoda app and wireless Carplay. Haven't had a good look yet but displays look very good and as I mentioned previously you get a choice of driver displays. Wife drove the 15 miles home and she was very happy with it and said that as ...

Re: Do you have a 'Rain Sensor' icon in driver display?
Q3 would be a better size for me as well really. When I've looked at it though there isn't as much legroom in the back as in the XC40. I'm 6' 1" and have the seat further back though not that much. I don't have rear seat passengers that often so not a big problem.

Talking of which I see Audi are updating the Q5 next year and the SQ5 is getting a 362 bhp 3.0 V6 petrol. Lovely!

Re: XC40 2025 model Speed Limiter
I dont think it does. The manuals for 2024 and 2025 MY cars read exactly the same. My understanding is that the change for 2025 is that there is now an audible warning if the speed limit indicated in the driver display (which may or not be correct as per recent postings) which can be turned off each...
