By who, varies depending on the source?

It's just a car manufacturer! Talk about pulling teeth! :D

As the post was in regards to none plug-in hybrid tech rather than brand, I didn't feel naming the manufacturer was important. Sorry for that, it was Nissan and its new e-power system. Source, Which Magazine.
