) I used fuse space 86 as my temporary feed and 12 as the permanent feed ( see photos), as you can see I used piggy back fuses although the slots were empty as that was what I had available.I used these to connect to a new fuse box with a ground wire connected to the earthing point on the drivers side foot well. This will give me 6 permanent feeds and 6 switched . Bit of overkill but I am connecting front and rear cameras a SmartNav and a permanent connection to the battery from the boot for a CTEK battery conditioner. I found that after 2 years the battery on the V40 was loosing charge quite badly when not used for a few days and expect the XC40 with even more kit to be even worse.
